Yes, I charge a trip design fee, and here’s why. It covers the extensive time and effort I dedicate to meticulously researching and crafting your itinerary. You will have exclusive access to my expertise and insight as well as full support from me and my team throughout the planning process, ensuring prompt responses, customized travel itineraries, and support each step of the way.  

With over 10 years in the industry, and more money spent on my destination education than a masters degree, I’m worth my weight in gold.  

The trip design fee begins at $97 for couples and families, but varies based on the length and complexity of the trip. Destination wedding fees will begin at $297 and include a website, digital RSVPs and more. I will discuss all the details during the consultation call! 

There are many factors that determine vacation cost. Destination, quality of the resorts, time of year, and optional extras will all come into play. 

Most of my honeymooners set aside a minimum budget of $5000-$8000 including airfare for quality accommodations, with deluxe accommodations and certain locations being higher.. A destination wedding resort stay without airfare will be approximately $220-$300 per person, per night. Family vacations begin around $2000 per person for 7 nights, inclusive of airfare depending on the time of year and destination. These are overall estimates, so I look forward to discussing this in more detail during the consultation call. 

While I work to maximize your vacation investment, I do not book budget vacations. If you are looking for a crazy, too good to be true “deal,” I'm not the travel agent for you. There is likely a reason that the deal is too good to be true! I will not book properties for my clients that I would not stay at myself or recommend to my family members. I am committed to ensuring you receive the best value for your vacation dollar, but I do not partner with resorts that do not meet my quality standards. Your vacation time is limited, your investment is important, and you deserve a quality vacation...

It’s never too early to start planning and gathering information. If you are too early to book your vacation, I will put you on my waiting list and will get you started with some destination details to look over while you wait.

Typically, it is best to get serious about planning about 12-14 months prior to your travel dates. Flights are released about 335 days prior, but we can certainly book your resort first and add flights when they are out.

There is usually still availability around 6 months prior, but the closer we get to your travel dates the inventory will be limited and pricing may be higher. Reach out if you have a last minute request and I will let you know if we have enough time to plan.  

I specialize in Mexico, the Caribbean, Hawaii and Costa Rica! However, my extensive travel experience, exceptional partner relationships, and love of all destinations sometimes allow me to take on other destinations depending on my workload.
